Shipping policy

Postage Costs

We offer a flat rate shipping of $9.95 and free shipping on orders over $150.

We don’t routinely ship outside Australia at the moment, but please contact us if you would like a quote for international shipping.

Processing, Handling & Shipments

We endeavour to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We usually process and lodge shipments within 1 business day of order receipt, however please allow 1 – 3 business days for your order to be processed and lodged for shipping. If there are any expected delays to our usual handling times of 1 – 3 business days, these will be advertised clearly on our website.

The express shipping option refers to Australia Post’s express shipping service, and does not mean expedited handling & processing times by us. However, we will always endeavor to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

If you wish to purchase insurance or signature on delivery, please contact us prior to placing an order. We use Australia Post who have automatic insurance up to the value of $100 AUD.

We use the contact details you provide to us to send updates and tracking information regarding your order.

Once parcels have been lodged with Australia Post, we are not responsible for them and we do not accept liability for parcels lost or damaged in transit. We'll do our best to assist you if your parcel is taking longer than expected, however our ability to advise on parcels once they have been shipped is limited. Customers should contact Australia Post directly for any issues relating to lost or damaged parcels.

Pre-orders & Back-orders

Items marked as a pre-order, back-order or dyed-to-order will have the relevant estimated in-store arrival date marked clearly marked on the item page. For pre-orders and back-orders, these are estimates only, as given to us by our suppliers. We will contact you if there are any extended foreseen delays.

IMPORTANT PREORDER SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you are purchasing a combination of preorder items and in-stock items in one transaction, your parcel will be shipped to you once all items are in-stock. If you wish to receive in-stock items now, and preorder items when they arrive in-store, please purchase preorders and in-stock items as two separate transactions.

Free click and collect is available on all items. We'll notify you when your order is ready to collect, usually within 1 - 3 business days. If you need your order quickly, please get in touch with us prior to purchase.

To collect your order, please bring proof of purchase and photo ID. If someone else will be collecting on your behalf, you must notify us of their name in advance, and they must also provide proof of purchase and photo ID.
